Famiglia Cofano: history of quality

First shop In 1936 at the age of 28 years Pasquale Cofano open a grocery store food in one of the main street of Fasano, a town of the province of Brindisi, which specializes in the delivery of food and oil seeds from fruit.
Leonardo Cofano In 1962 Pasquale with Leonardo, his son, inagurate an oil press, an example among the first for modernity in Puglia.
In a few years the oil mill becomes a reality and already established in Puglia since the '70s the product began to assert also appreciated nationally.

DSince the late '90s began, slowly and now more open and net, the breakthrough business: the company decides to apply directly to their end customers (communities, institutions, restaurants, family).

The choice is decided and still characterizes the current phase of strong expansion, growing distribution network and direct shipments to end customers, without intermediaries.
