L'Olio Cofano has its roots firmly planted in the production of quality extra-virgin olive oil.

The production and marketing of the casing is still followed directly from the work of young Paolo and Pasquale, who continue the work of Leonardo's father, three generation for nearly 80 years of history.

To streamline its business, the company is now structured into two branches, the Azienda Agricola Cofano in charge of production and the company Olio Cofano srl is dedicated to the marketing of their products.

Today, you can find the Olio Cofano in Italy and abroad on the table of our family customers, or in some famous restaurant, places of the sea as some exclusive resort in the Alps or in the kitchen of some religious body.
