Terrarossa is a typical extra-virgin olive oil from olives gather around the Valley and in the district of Trulli.
In particular the red olive is used, a plant that grows only in hilly areas and particularly fresh and airy in summer, too much to guarantee always a good plant development and consequently a production as generous as more than in yield.
The oil is naturally decanted.
