Shipment of goods, by courier, occurs within 4-5 working days from receipt of order.
The goods are entrusted for delivery to the company MAIL BOXES ETC.
The products are sold at prices that are listed on the site. The change in prices is effective from the time when the same change is published on the site.
Forms of payment accepted are:
BANK TRANSFER - The goods will be despatched as soon as the communication of the future reclaimed.
CIRCUIT PAYPAL - The payment will be made via credit card or prepaid card through PayPal secure and protected servers. No charges will be debited to the buyer for the transaction. The goods will be shipped upon receipt of order.
FLAG - The goods will be paid directly to the courier at the time of delivery, with a supplement of € 10.00.
Purchases made on our site, as all purchases remotely via telephone or correspondence, since they occur outside of business premises are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Codice del consumo) - Italian Law, which provides the possibility for the consumer to exercise his right of withdrawal.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receiving the goods. This right is the right to restitution of the property purchased to the supplier without penalty and without specifying the reason, and the resulting refund of the purchase price.
Exclusions
This right applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to his work. They are therefore excluded from the right to cancel purchases made by retailers and companies.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following product categories:
a) audiovisual media or computer software sealed open by the consumer;
b) newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
Mode for exercising the right of withdrawal

The notice may be sent within the same period, by telegram or fax, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours. Such notification must include the product codes you intend to return, and details on how the reimbursement of expenses incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc.).
The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer, in conditions of substantial integrity, at the same address used for the letter.
Upon receipt of the goods and verificatane integrity will, as soon as possible to credit the customer the cost of returned products, retaining, if necessary, the amount of postage which are nevertheless charged to the customer.
